Spirit Nights at Chick-fil-A in Olathe are a great way to get your school/organization together to help with your fundraising and a great way to create some fun lasting memories of your event.
This program works by you promoting a spirit night to everyone within your community that might want to support your organization. You encourage them to visit our restaurant on a pre-determined date and time and then have the customer let the Chick-fil-A team know you’re there to support that night’s group.
Spirit Nights are usually held on Mondays from 5:00 - 8:00pm
What Chick-fil-A in Olathe will do:
- Sales: We give you 15% of the sales that
you bring into the restaurant/drive-thru during your spirit night.
- Flyer: We will customize a flyer with
your school/organization information. This flyer will then be sent
to you through an email. Your school/organization can then print
as many as it might need.
- Contests: We help provide festive atmosphere
by facilitating the Chick-fil-A contests. The contests are always
of highlight of each spirit night. People love the contests!! We
have found the more you fun create the more people will attend.
All contestants receive a prize for participation.
What you do:
- Contests:
- Pick 2 to 4 contests.
- Provide 2 to 4 contestants per contest.
- Provide the contest/contestants information to us one week
prior to spirit night.
- Entertainment: If possible bring in a choir, band, cheerleading or some type of group your school/organization might have. This helps create a pep rally type atmosphere. The more people you involve the more people will come.
- Special Events: Milkshakes with the Principal
- How about having the principal or a favorite teacher take
milkshake orders and serve the students. Wear our special "Milkshake
Apron" which advertises that you accepts tips and
you have just generated more funds for your school.
Contests are as follows:
- Nugget Eating Contest
- Ice Cube Frozen Shirt Contest
- Ice Cream Eating Contest
- Lemon Squeezing Contest
Contests are held at 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30.
